Ingredients:
6 boneless breast1/2 c mayo
1 & 1/2 cups Idahoan instant potato flake
1/3 cup grated parmesan ( shaker kind)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to your taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Pam spray
3 tbsp cooking oil
Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking dish with Pam and add 3tbsp cooking oil to bottom. Combine mayo and spices on one plate and mix. In a shallow dish combine parmesan and potato flakes. Coat chicken evenly with the mayo mixture then roll in the flake mixture. Place in a baking dish and bake 45- 55 min depending on chicken size
